Negus Organic and Synthetic Artists

Ed Sheeran is a good example of a organic artist. A organic artist is someone who doesn't have a seperaste image on stage to what they are like in real life. for example they would turn up to an audition and the producers and the make up artists wouldnt change much about the artist they would keep the image the same. In Ed Sheeran's case the producers and designers would just buy Ed Sheeran lots and lots of hoodies, this is his normal clothing and therefore not much has changed about him since he became an artist. This is what  makes him an Organic artist.

This was Ed Sheeran before he became famous, he is wearing a hoodie and is playing the guitar, just like what he is doing now. This shows that he really hasnt changed much.

Justin Bieber is a example of a synthetic artist. A synthetic artist is one that has an image that is seen by the public but they arent the same behind the eye of the public. Justin Biebers image when he was performing was a young cute boy who was innocent. At first Justin Bieber's attempt to achieve this was successful. But what makes Justin a synthetic artist is the fact that behind his image of being a cute singer he is seen to be a trouble maker.
